Summer started out slowly, at least with the weather, but now it is finally here! These hot days, without being able to go to many events (at least without a mask), make it challenging to meet new people. Social media has become a hub for disappointed customers to air grievances about services or products. Are you checking to see what has been posted about your business? When potential clients search your company’s name on Twitter or Facebook, you don’t want hundreds of angry tweets and posts to be the first thing they see. If a customer isn’t happy with your brand and takes to venting on social media, it can be detrimental to your reputation.
